Rowing
Our uniquely innovative rowing method is an equalizer. Embodying natural fluidity and harmony, it allows people with a wider range of capabilities to produce a more uniformly effective stroke.
We provide supportive volunteers and knowledgeable, nurturing coaches to teach sculling (rowing with two oars) to our participants at no cost to them. We adapt to our rowers needs so that they can excel and have a lot of fun doing so! All you have to do is sign-up below and respond to a weekly email when you’re coming. There’s no requirement to do consecutive weeks.
