Meditation + Mindfulness Classes
Join us for our upcoming classes on mindfulness strategies and guided meditations. In this 3-class series, we’ll discuss creating a practice of your own and talk about strategies you could use day to day.
Sessions will build on each other and include a basic introduction to mindfulness, exploration of staying right where you are as well as compassion. Each class will include a guided practice of strategies taught, and a guided meditation and time for questions and answers.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes, bring a warm beverage and/or water. We will be sitting in chairs and have yoga mats available if we move to the floor.
